Who We Are

We are a group of people from various walks of life, concerned about safety and privacy in our modern world. Technology including the internet has brought us many great things, and transformed many tasks into being much easier for us all. As thrilling as all this potential was back in the early days of the internet, we're now seeing how it definitely has some drawbacks and repercussions.

It's fantastic that we can now do things like bank transactions online, and don't often need to physically go to a bank. Yet now we see scams and fraud rising, with bad actors looking to trick innocent victims into revealing details about themselves, or giving up passwords which allow access to an account. We can converse with people around the world, in real time, but some of those other people, may have harmful intentions. Intentions that we may not realize, until it's too late, and the damage has been done.

Our goals are fairly simple. We strive to raise awareness of what harms are out there, and impart practical ways in which average people can help reduce the risks of being harmed. Our posts will share news articles, insights and educational resources for people to better arm themselves with the knowledge they need, to help keep them safer.
